CANCELLATION OF POLICE RECORDS

In Spain there are two kinds of Criminal Records: the policial and the judicial ones.

The policial ones are recorded in their files when a person has been arrested, even if he has not been convicted or the criminal procedure has ended declaring him acquitted. The cancellation of the data of that person that appears in the police offices have a special procedure for its cancellation.
