Where is the processing of a verbal trial in Spain regulated?

It is regulated in the Spanish Law of Civil Procedure (Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil - LEC), it is in this legal body where all the steps to follow in a verbal trial are covered.

Particularly in Book II (of the declaratory processes), Title III (of the verbal trial) of the LEC, it's where all the precepts that collect the procedures of each of the phases of this type of trial are:

1. Lawsuit: Article 437

2. Summons to the defendant for the answer: article 438

3. Special cases of previous actions: article 441

4. Summons to the Hearing: article 440

5. Trial/Hearing: article 442, 443, 444, 445 and 446

6. Sentence: article 447
