Social Graduated ("Graduado Social")

A Social Graduated is a person legally authorized to intervene professionally, studying and issuing opinions and reports on all social and labor issues that are submitted to her/him.

This professional is also able to advise, represent and formalize documents or manage them on behalf of companies, workers, organizations or individuals in the matters indicated before at the corresponding Administrations and Official Organism.

The Social Graduated can also represent the parties in Labor and Social Security Judicial processes before the Courts of the Social Jurisdictional Order.
