Tax Declarations for the Third Quarter of the year in Spain

In October is when quarterly declaration of taxes in Spain for the third quarter of the year have to be made.

To be precise, we have time until October 20th to present the "modelos"/forms corresponding to the third quarter of the year:

• VAT ("modelo" 303)

• Personal income tax withholdings ("modelo" 130)

• "Modelo" 111 whereby companies and freelancers declare the withholdings on account of the personal income tax incurred during the quarter
