What can happen if you try to get divorce in Spain using only one lawyer?

In cases, for example, where the Regulatory Agreement in a divorce in Spain is not eventually approved or the execution of the sentence is necessary, it will be required to obtain the authorizations contained in number 4 of article 13 of the Code of Ethics for Lawyers in Spain so that the lawyer can continue to intervene for one of the parties, having to resign in any case to the defense of the other, and in case of not obtaining the pertinent authorization to be able to remain in the defense of one, the lawyer must renounce then to both.
