What documents must the seller of a property deliver to the buyer before the sale?

One of the main questions that usually arises to the buyer when making the acquisition, is if the property has all the aspects in order.

So in order to avoid later surprises, the interested party should always request a series of documents from the seller:

  1. Energy efficiency certificate

  2. Last IBI (Property Taxes, paid to the Municipality) receipt

  3. Certificate of occupancy

  4. Last paid receipts for supplies

  5. Plans of the property

  6. Building Technical Inspection Certificate

  7. Certificate of the community of owners

  8. Pending approved spills

  9. Statutes of the community of owners

  10. Rules of the community
