Express Eviction

The so called in Spain Express Eviction (Deshaucio Exprés) is a legal/judicial process which objective is to return a property or premises to its rightful owner, proceeding to evict its legal occupants (tenants) or illegal occupants (squatters).

In the same procedure, it can also be requested by the Court the corresponding payment of the unpaid rents of the tenants.

The process begins with a lawsuit for eviction that must be submitted in the corresponding court by the owner of the property through a lawyer and procurator.
