WHICH IS THE DEFINITIVE FACTOR TO REGULATE IN SPAIN WHETHER THERE IS POLICE OR CIVIL GUARD ENFORCING THE LAW IN A PLACE?
In general, the Civil Guard deals with towns with less than 10,000 inhabitants and national highways.
In the city, they work in the fight against terrorism, customs control, espionage and counter-espionage and computer crimes.
The National Police has exclusive powers in the renewal of passports and National Identity Documents.
