What is "industrial property" as a legal concept in Spain?
Industrial property/ownership belongs to the person who obtains the invention or discovery by himself with the creation of distinctive signs of a company, trademark, trade or service name, invention patents, models, artistic or industrial drawings, etc.
In Spain crimes can be committed if this ownership is attacked in certain ways. For instance, if the crime committed supposes a special gravity and attentive to the value of the objects or minors under 18 years of age are used to carry out the crime, the Judge will have the right to impose a punishment of between 1 to 4 years in prison and a fine of between 12 to 24 months.
